    2. Address proof of the organization.
    3. Date of registration of the organization.
    4. Aadhar card and PAN card of the governing body members.
    5. Trust deed, certificate of incorporation, or society registration certificate.
    6. Mobile number and email ID for each governing body member.
    7. Details of funding or source of income received or expected.
    8. Details of proposed activities or programs to be carried out.
    9. Details of three executive committee members: Chairman/President, Secretary General, and Treasurer.
